From rock bottom to restart - again and again, with new wisdom

I've battled my health and weight for most of my life. At my lowest, I was in constant pain, barely able to walk without stopping to catch my breath. I felt stuck. Heavy. Miserable. Maybe you know that feeling too?

I didn't change everything overnight. I started small - just a few tweaks to how I ate. Honestly, I didn't expect much. But something shifted. My energy came back. The pain eased. My body felt lighter. It wasn't magic - it was momentum.

This journey? Messy. Nonlinear. Full of detours. I even went back to school, became a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and now I help others reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel doable - not perfect, not rigid. Just real.

Here's the biggest lesson: life will wrech your plans. You'll backslide. You'll pause. You'll pivot. But going backward isn't failure - quitting is. Healing isn't about chasing a perfect diet or reaching a finish line. It's about tuning in to what your body needs right now.

Our bodies are wise. They know how to heal. We just have to listen, support them, and keep showing up - even when it's messy.
