Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

I’m Jolene

Your hot mess BFF, here to flip the wellness script.

I’m not about perfection – I’m about real life. The kind where getting out of bed and drinking water feels like a win.

I’ve been through it. The struggle, the setbacks, the dressing room tears. I get it.

This isn’t about becoming Barbie. It’s about finding what works for you – even when life’s a mess. Wellness should beel like support, not pressure.

Let’s do this, one imperfect step at a time

I didn’t start this journey with hope. I started it at rock bottom.

I’ve battled with my health and weight for most of my life. At my lowest, I was in constant pain, barely able to walk without needing to stop and catch my breath.  I felt stuck. Heavy. Miserable. Maybe you know the feeling too?

I didn’t fliop my life upside down overnight. I made a few small changes to how I ate – truthfully, I didn’t expect much. But something shifted. My energy came back. The pain started to ease. My body began to feel lighter, freer. It wasn’t magic – it was momentum.

This jouirney? It’s been messy. Nonlinear. Full of detour. I went back to school, became a Nutritional therapy Practitioner, and now I help others reconnect with their bodies in ways that feel doable. Not perfect. Not rigid. Just honest.

The biggest lesson I’ve learned? ife will absolutely come in and wreck your plans. You’ll backslide. You’ll pause. You’ll pivot. But goin backwards isn’t failure – quitting is. Healing isn’t about chasing some perfect diet or reaching a finish line. It’s about tuning in to what your body needs right now.

Our bodies are wise. They know how to heal. We just have to listen, support them, and keep showing up – even when it’s messy.

We all want an easy button – trust me, Ive looked.

While I can’t promise this journey will be effortless 9spoiler: it won’t be), I can promise that each step will be simple, doable, and designer to help you feel better without losing your mind in the process.

We’re not chasing perfection here. We’re building a heathier relationship with our bodies – one that’s rooted in compassion, not control. This is about tuning in, not tighting up. It’s about learning to care for yourself in a way that actually feels good, not like punishment.
